Shape how S.Pellegrino and Acqua Panna connect with consumers across social platforms and creator communities worldwide
Drive execution of global social and creator strategies across markets
Transform trends, platform insights and creator opportunities into initiatives that strengthen brand relevance, engagement and desirability
Govern the Global Content Studio, including content planning, production workflows, agency relationships and creative quality standards
Ensure content is delivered efficiently, consistently and at scale across multiple markets and platforms
Identify, develop and scale creator partnerships across markets
Define creator frameworks, activation models and best practices
Support local teams through frameworks, best practices and strategic guidance
Collaborate with agency partners, brand teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Integrate social and creator thinking into integrated campaigns, content strategies, creator partnerships and activation plans
Own social and creator reporting frameworks
Turn performance data into actionable insights supporting optimization, capability building and continuous improvement
Report to the Digital Ecosystem Content Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Media, Creator Marketing and Content Strategy
- Proven experience working on premium, luxury, lifestyle, hospitality or food & beverage brands, either client-side or within leading creative/social agencies
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Experience managing global or multi-market social and creator programs
- Experience briefing and overseeing content production across multiple formats, including social-first content, creator content and campaign assets
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and international teams
- Strong understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems and content trends
- Experience working in integrated campaign environments and international organizations
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and project management skills
- Refined aesthetic sensibility and strong understanding of premium brand codes, visual storytelling and content craftsmanship
- Genuine passion for fine dining, gastronomy and contemporary culture
