Randstad Italia S.p.A. For a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products we are looking for a Customer Service Representative.

The resource will be responsible for maintaining high level of customers' satisfaction through the proactive management of back orders for impacted products/customer.

We offer a tempo pieno fixed term contract until the end of January 2027.

Work area: Pratica di Mare (Pomezia)

Hybrid work position Retribuzione annua: 28000€ - 34000€

esperienza1 anno The ideal candidate possess:

- University degree or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP will is a plus
- Good level of English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

- nterpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Ability to adapt to new systems and procedures.
