Full relocation support is provided, including: As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative , you will: Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems Help customers understand the platform and available features English B2+ for training and internal communication Previous experience in Customer Support, Customer xrdztoy Service, Call Center, Technical Support, Helpdesk, or similar roles is a plus Customer-focused and empathetic approach Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and multiple applications Good attention to detail and accurate data entry Ability to work independently in a remote environment Flexible and comfortable working rotational shifts Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, multicultural team No previous experience required – full paid training is provided Per questa posizione sono disponibili opzioni di lavoro a distanza/a casa.
