Role Description The Studio Crew Member internship is an on-site role based at Gyru Cycling Studio in Milan. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with check-in, managing studio flow before and after classes, and providing general support to instructors and riders.

The intern helps with studio setup and cleanup, maintains equipment and common areas, and ensures a safe, organized, and positive environment. Additional tasks may involve supporting social media content creation, helping coordinate events or special classes, and responding to customer inquiries.

This internship offers hands-on experience in boutique fitness operations, customer service, and community engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all riders.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle studio setup, class transitions, and daily operational tasks efficiently.
- Interest in fitness, wellness, or boutique studio environments, with a willingness to learn about rhythmic indoor cycling.
- Clear and professional communication skills in spoken and written form; proficiency in Italian and basic English is beneficial.
- Comfort with basic technology and studio systems (e.g., booking platforms, point-of-sale tools, social media apps).
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude, with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or fitness settings is a plus but not required.
