The program might include spending time in other offices in Europe, including Netherlands and Spain, giving you international exposure and a broad understanding of GAR's operations.
The Traineeship is About
- Rotational experience across key areas: Commercial, Operations, Business Development, Finance & Trade Control
- Hands-on learning from industry experts, developing both technical and soft skills

Who We're Looking For
- MSc graduate in Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Entry-level experience or internships in relevant areas
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proactive, committed, curious, and eager to learn
- Team player, independent thinker, and effective communicator
- Motivated to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced international environment
