ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience. -Build strong and lasting relationships with clients through proactive clienteling activities and CRM tools. -Provide styling advice and share insights on fashion trends, the luxury market, and ETRO collections. -Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets while supporting business development opportunities. -Support the launch and growth of the new Accessories Corner through a proactive and entrepreneurial approach. -Ensure product presentation is maintained according to ETRO visual merchandising guidelines -.
Assist with stock management, replenishment activities, and inventory operations. -Collaborate effectively with colleagues and the Rinascente team to foster a positive and high-performing work environment. -Ensure compliance with ETRO grooming standards, policies, and procedures.
Key Requirements -Strong passion for fashion, luxury, and customer service. -Previous experience in a similar role within luxury fashion, accessories, leather goods, or premium retail environments. -Proven ability to achieve and exceed individual and store performance targets. -Excellent commercial awareness and strong customer-centric mindset. -Strong clienteling skills and ability to develop long-term customer relationships. -Ability to adapt communication and selling techniques to different customer profiles. -Team-player attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. -Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work in a dynamic retail environment. -Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a strong plus.
