Sales Assistant - Fix Term Contract The Mall Firenze (Leccio Outlet) Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Up to €28,000 per year , based on experience and profile. Full-Time Role: 40 hours per week. Fixed-term contract until December 2026. Keep up-to-date with product collections; have deep product knowledge.

Assist with daily operations: maintaining floor, stockroom, visual merchandising.

Deliver excellent customer service: managing the client journey, after-sales, building client relationships. Act as brand ambassador, curate the client experience. At least 2 years’ experience in premium or luxury fashion / retail.

Experience working with KPIs , CRM , and client appointments. Fluent in English and Italian. Luxury house.
