Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Artist role based in Rome. The Artist will collaborate on composing, recording, and performing music, as well as developing new creative concepts for songs, albums, and live sets. Day-to-day responsibilities include studio sessions, rehearsals, refining arrangements, and contributing to visual and promotional content that reflects the artistic direction of CianoDavid.
The role also involves working closely with collaborators to maintain a consistent artistic identity across performances and online platforms.
Qualifications
- Strong musical ability, with experience in songwriting, composition, or performance in any modern genre.
- Demonstrated creativity and originality in artistic expression, with a portfolio, demo, or performance samples.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other creatives, including producers, instrumentalists, and visual artists.
- Comfort with studio environments, basic understanding of recording processes, and openness to creative feedback.
- Good communication skills and a professional approach to rehearsals, scheduling, and live or recorded sessions.
- Willingness to work on-site in Rome tempo pieno and participate in performances, content creation, and promotional activities.
- Previous experience in the music industry or performing arts is preferred but not strictly required.
