Boy è il primo punto di contatto per gli ospiti e gioca un ruolo chiave nel garantire che il loro soggiorno sia piacevole e senza intoppi.

Boy supporta il reparto del Front Office e il reparto del Housekeeping occupandosi del trasporto bagagli dei clienti. Esegue le direttive del Front Office Manager e della Governante nel rispetto degli standards dell’Hotel e dei livelli di qualità del servizio definiti. Responsabilità principali: Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di Bell Boy o in posizioni simili nel settore dell'ospitalità Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare su turnazioni, inclusi i weekend e i giorni festivi* Conoscenza della lingua inglese (ulteriori lingue costituiscono un plus)* Presentazione impeccabile e atteggiamento professionaleSummary:

The Bell Boy is the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in ensuring that their stay is pleasant and smooth.

The Bell

Boy supports both the Front Office and Housekeeping departments, handling the transportation of guests' luggage. He/she follows the directives of the Front Office Manager and Housekeeper, in compliance with the hotel's standards and defined service quality levels. **Key Responsibilities: Previous experience as a Bell Boy or in similar positions in the hospitality industry* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Flexibility and availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays* Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)* Impeccable presentation and professional attitude
