Within the Electronics Business Area, we are looking for a Program Manager for our Rome Tiburtina office.
The person will be responsible for the following activities:
- Management of medium complexity programs, both national and international
- Operating autonomously to ensure the achievement of project objectives, not only from an economic-financial point of view, but also ensuring compliance with contractual agreements with the Client (external/internal)
- Coordination and management of progress meetings, performance measurement and planning/organization of testing/delivery activities with the Client
- Actively supporting the "business winning" phases and ensuring the monitoring and progress of projects in the "business execution" phases, interfacing with the various stakeholders of other Corporate Functions and agreeing with the line manager any corrective actions to ensure project success and Client satisfaction
- Management of contractual compliance in accordance with company procedures and national laws with particular regard to: Legal, Security,
Trade compliance, Health & Safety, Procurement and Reporting processes
- Risk Management
- Participation in bid teams for the preparation of main commercial offers
- Coordination regarding the definition and collection of costs
- Reporting to management of measured results analysis
- Participation in the continuous improvement process
- Participation in company training activities for project management processes
Education:
Master's degree in Technical or Management fields, preferably Engineering
Required experience level:
Junior
Technical skills and knowledge:
- Good basic preparation aimed at the correct management and understanding of technical and economic topics
- Knowledge of Project Management principles and processes
- Knowledge of project planning and progress control methodologies
- Knowledge of project economic indicators
- Knowledge of compliance issues versus Security, Trade Compliance and Health & Safety
- Previous work experience in Project Management
- PMI certification is welcome (plus)

How does the selection process work?
