Role Description The Sales Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cernusco Lombardone, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees sales-related projects from initiation to completion, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet customer requirements and internal targets. Day-to-day activities include managing project plans, collaborating with engineering and operations teams, and ensuring clear communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
The Sales Project
Manager analyzes customer needs and sales data to support forecasting and strategic decisions,
while maintaining high standards of customer service and follow-up. The role also involves preparing reports, participating in cross-functional meetings, and supporting continuous improvement in sales processes and tools.

- Candidates should possess strong project coordination skills, including planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities and milestones.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate performance metrics, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent customer service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship management, and issue resolution.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ideal candidates' working experience ranges from 2/3 years to 5/6 years; other experience will be evaluated nonetheless
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborate in multicultural teams, and use common productivity and CRM tools effectively.
