Key Responsibilities:
**Operational Strategy**: Develop and implement operational plans that improve efficiency, productivity, and service delivery across multiple departments. **Process Improvement**: Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to reduce inefficiencies, improve turnaround times, and optimize resource allocation. **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and support department supervisors and operations staff. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. **Performance Management**: Monitor operational KPIs, prepare performance reports, and present recommendations to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making. **Cross Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with finance, HR, procurement, and customer support teams to ensure operational alignment and business continuity. **Risk and Compliance**: Ensure company operations comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements while proactively managing operational risks. What We Are Looking For:
**Experience**: 7+ years of experience in operations management, business operations, or corporate administration, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. **Leadership Skills**: Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and leading operational transformation initiatives in a fast-paced business environment. **Analytical Thinking**: Ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and implement strategic improvements that drive measurable business outcomes. **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with executives, stakeholders, and team members. **Technical Proficiency**:
