Job Title: Front Desk Customer Service Specialist (ACS) - Vicenza, Italy Location: Vicenza, Italy (Caserma Ederle - on-site) (approx. 35 hours/week) | No overtime Pay: Competitive About the Role Languages Unlimited, LLC is seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Specialist to support Army Community Service (ACS) at USAG Italy (Vicenza). You will be the first point of contact for ACS customers and provide administrative support, tracking, and scheduling. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in and phone customers; determine needs and direct customers to the appropriate ACS services.
- Maintain the Client Tracking System (CTS), including daily logging of contacts and monthly electronic archiving.
- Maintain and update the ACS calendar (including classroom reservations) daily.
- Maintain customer sign-in sheets; archive and submit as directed by the COR on required timelines.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality,



and sensitivity in all interactions. Schedule
- Weekday schedule aligned to ACS facility operations; schedule may adjust with advance notice.
- No overtime. **Qualifications**: - Customer service and administrative experience
- Strong written/verbal communication and attention to detail Work Authorization & Installation Access
- Must be legally authorized to live and work in Italy (no SOFA benefits provided).
- Must be able to pass required background checks and obtain installation access.
