POSITION: DYNAMICS PROGRAMMER - FULL REMOTE
? 1. YOUR ROLE
- You will join a technical team involved in the development and implementation of solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.
- You will be responsible for configuring and implementing Dynamics solutions according to customer requirements.
- You will work on the configuration of Customer Service and Omnichannel modules.
- You will be involved in the management and implementation of Dataverse and related processes.
- You will collaborate on testing, deployment and solution release support activities.
- You will interface with the technical team and stakeholders involved in the implementation of the solutions.
- You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, developing skills in digital transformation and CRM solutions.
?️ 2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure and implement solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics.
- Support the configuration and customization of Customer Service functionalities.
- Manage and configure Omnichannel solutions according to project requirements.
- Implement and configure Dataverse and related application processes.
- Analyze functional requirements and translate them into configurations and technical solutions.
- Support development and process optimization activities within the platform.
- Perform testing activities on implemented solutions.
- Support deployment and release activities for updates.
- Collaborate in resolving any technical issues arising during testing or post-deployment phases.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure the proper functioning of implemented solutions.
- Support the management and evolution of solutions according to customer requirements.
- Contribute to the technical and functional documentation of the activities performed.
✅ 3. REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in the development, configuration or implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and the main concepts related to data and process management.
- Knowledge or experience in configuring Dynamics Customer Service.
- Familiarity with Omnichannel functionalities.
- Experience in testing activities and application solution deployment support.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and interact with both technical and functional stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of the Italian language.
- Availability to work in a full remote mode.
The following will be considered a plus:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
- In-depth experience with Power Apps and Power Platform.
- Advanced knowledge of Dataverse.
- Experience in configuring Omnichannel solutions.
- Knowledge of CRM and Customer Service processes.
- Experience in testing, deployment and release cycle management activities.
- Familiarity with Power Automate and process automation.
- Knowledge of integrations between Dynamics and external systems.
- Experience gained in digital transformation projects.

- Full Remote.

? 4. WHAT WE OFFER
- The daily rate for this role ranges from €200 to €300. The position is offered under a VAT-registered freelance collaboration (P.IVA). Placement within the range will be determined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role and the outcome of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria. In the case of candidates with exceptional qualifications compared to the indicated range, a revision may be considered subject to internal approval.
