What you will do
As HR Administration & Payroll Intern, you will have the opportunity to get a 360° overview by managing an end-to-end process. You will become accountable and manage autonomously your daily workload in a highly dynamic and agile work environment. Specifically, you will support the team in the following activities:
- Support the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees and interns, from preparing documentation to coordinating onboarding activities.
- Assist in the preparation, collection, and verification of employment documentation required for hiring.
- Support time and attendance management by monitoring clock-ins, absences, vacation, leave requests,
and attendance anomalies using HR systems.
- Provide operational support in HR administration, ensuring accurate maintenance, updating, and filing of employee records and documentation.
- Assist in managing administrative communications with employees, managers, and internal stakeholders, providing timely support on HR-related matters.
- Support the maintenance and updating of HR databases and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
What you need to succeed
- High school diploma in Administration, Finance, and Marketing (or equivalent qualification).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a strong command of Excel.
- Proficiency in both English and Italian
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities effectively.

- A paid 6-month internship with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR Administration.
- Monthly internship allowance of €800.
