The role is responsible for ensuring service reliability, security, operational excellence, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards while coordinating internal teams and external partners.
Job ResponsibilitiesLead the operational team responsible for Active Directory / Entra ID, Exchange On-Premises and Exchange Online, Certificate lifecycle management, File & Print Services, DNS, DHCP and GPO and Power Platform & CopilotEnsure stability, continuity and performance of all Microsoft platform services. Oversee incident, problem and change management processes.
Handle operational escalations and coordinate with vendors for 3rd level
