You will partner with clients across industries to design, implement, and refine product development strategies that drive growth, improve margins, and create sustainable competitive advantages. /p h3Your Impact /h3 pYou will work as a core member of the Operations Excellence Program (OEP) and participate in client engagements across various industry and service lines. Your responsibilities include: /p ul liDiagnose operational and product development challenges by identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing analyses, and synthesizing conclusions into actionable recommendations. /li liLead end‑to‑end problem solving, from data collection and analysis to recommendation development and client communication. /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional client teams to design and execute initiatives that improve product development cycles, reduce time‑to‑market, and enhance product quality. /li liDeliver client presentations, facilitate workshops, and build client relationships that create lasting impact. /li liEngage in advanced training and structured capability‑building programs that focus on six operations themes:
