The company works across Meal Food, Wellbeing, Lifestyle, Reward Recognition, and Public Benefits. /p pPluxee employs more than 5,000 team members and serves over 500,000 clients, 36 million consumers and 1.7 million merchants. /p pWhat you'll be doing: /p ul liAccounts Payable /li liFocus on General and Analytical Accounting /li liFixed Assets management and related depreciation /li liMonthly closings, particularly cost‑related and accrual entries (e.g., deferrals, invoices to be received) /li liIntercompany transaction processing and reconciliation /li liCollaborate with Credit Management and Controlling department during monthly closings, forecasting, and LGO /li liPrepare year‑end adjustments under ITA GAAP, including details for statutory financial statements, draft financial statements, cash flow statements, and explanatory notes in collaboration with the Head of Administration /li liManage monthly data within the Group’s reporting platform /li liPrepare documentation for accounting and audit controls as requested by auditors /li /ul pEducation Requirements: /p ul liBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field /li liDiploma in accounting or equivalent /li /ul pWork Experience Requirements: /p ul li2-3 years of experience in accounting with Bachelor's degree /li li4-5 years of experience in accounting with Diploma in accounting /li /ul pKey Skills and Competencies: /p ul liAdaptability (Competent) /li liAdvanced Excel Skills (Competent) /li liAttention to Detail (Competent) /li liAudit (Competent) /li liCommunication (Competent) /li liData Analysis (Competent)
