You will support the global strategy to ensure the successful achievement of targets. /pulliPerform underwriting and portfolio management activities to achieve top and bottom line targets in line with the Casualty governance framework (Underwriting Authorities, Guidelines, Rules and Principles) /liliUnderwrite Casualty risks, in respect of all products (General Liability, Employer’s Liability, Products Liability, Recall, Tampering), for domestic and multinational programs, with the capability to drive the relationship with internal and external stakeholders in the insurance and reinsurance market /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /ppThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
/pulliDegree in Economics or Law /liliAt least three years of previous experience as a Corporate Casualty Underwriter /liliFluent knowledge of Italian and English (spoken and written); knowledge of at least one additional foreign language is preferred /liliAbility in commercial negotiation /liliAttitude to work in team /liliAbility to work in an international context /liliGood command of main IT packages (Office/internet) and practice in the use of underwriting tools /li /ulpstrongCompany Profile /strong /ppGenerali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.
