Key Responsibilities

- Act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients.
- Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times – be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.
- Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.
- Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
- Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.
- Prove Brand and product knowledge.
- Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with company operational gu
