As a Shift Maintenance Leader, you will oversee maintenance activities, intervention planning, and HR aspects in Ferrero's Alba plant. You'll coordinate maintenance shifts, support project execution, and drive cost-effective maintenance to meet production targets. You'll schedule predictive maintenance and manage on-call prioritization while upholding safety standards. This role offers cross-functional collaboration, international mobility potential, and a path to grow technical and managerial skills in a leading food company.
Coordinate shifts for maintenance teams and support intervention execution
Collaborate on new projects and define maintenance strategies
Plan and manage periodic revision programs and various interventions (ordinary, extraordinary, soft)




Optimize costs while achieving production targets (quality and quantity)
Oversee predictive maintenance scheduling and on-call prioritization
Ensure adherence to safety standards and safe working practices
Lead budgeting activities and assess resource needs (personnel, parts, external services)
Master in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics or Mechatronics)
1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or similar environments
Strong understanding of maintenance processes
