Romazzino a Belmond Hotel Costa Smeralda is looking for a passionate and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team for the 2027 season.
You will be a key ambassador of the Belmond experience, dedicated to delivering personalised, luxury services to our most discerning guests. You will demonstrate care, confidence, curiosity, and a strong sense of community, while leading by example and supporting the development of junior team members. Key Responsabilities:
Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
Lead and support the restaurant team.
Deliver personalised and attentive guest service.
Coordinate effectively with the culinary team.
Monitor service quality, standards, and inventory.
2+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience, preferably in a hotel or resort.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and guest-relation abilities.




Ability to anticipate needs and handle high-pressure situations.
Fluency in English at a professional level; proficiency in an additional language is preferred
Seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo (Confindustria);
