YOUR MISSION IN THIS ROLE
As Store Project Manager-Americas, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the team, helping us to realize projects of approved new stores. You will manage all activities required from the design phase through to the opening of new stores, both directly and by coordinating internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Zegna's brand image, business goals, and approved budgets.
You’ll work closely with your team to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow.
More Specifically You Will
Budget control, project timing and quality check;
Manage selection of supply sources and negotiate terms and contracts;
Cooridnate of all external contributors of the project, from executive drawing’s architect to the local architects, from general contractors to all suppliers, in accordance with the Company’s General Agreements;
Responsibility for the correct progress of the schedule and on-site works with periodical site visits and meetings;
Control of the movement of materials to ensure adequate supply levels and timely distribution to meet market demands;
Execute technical activities in order to maintain the existing stores in compliance with local and corporate requirements in coherence with approved budget.
