We’re looking for a UA/Growth Manager at Billdu with experience in growing mobile apps.We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager who knows how to work with both organic and paid acquisition channels and acquire new Billdu customers profitably.You’re familiar with terms like ASA, ASO, ROAS, AppsFlyer, Google UAC, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, performance creative and, more importantly, you know how to actually work with them.What will you be doing?Managing and optimizing paid campaigns across iOS and Android (ASA, Meta, Google UAC, TikTok) in 15+ marketsImproving ASO through keyword research, metadata optimization, screenshots, and A/B testing, with the goal of increasing organic installsAnalyzing campaign performance and ROI using AppsFlyer and recommending next steps based on dataCollaborating on the creation of performance creativesIdentifying new growth channels and opportunities,
