Mission
We are looking for a curious, motivated, and team-oriented Social Media Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on internship where you will actively contribute to managing our global social media channels, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and gain real experience in content creation, digital strategy, and campaign coordination.

Accountabilities:
- Assist in the overall coordination of social media projects across global and regional markets, ensuring that content, campaigns, and messages are aligned with the editorial strategy;
- Support in managing and monitoring social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook;
- Assist in coordinating Asian market channels in line with global guidelines;
- Support the team in coordinating external agencies in planning,



reviewing, and validating editorial calendars, captions, and content strategies;
- Research trends, formats, and benchmarks to inspire fresh content ideas;
- Assist in briefing and coordinating content production, including photoshoots and events;
- Collect and analyze performance data to optimize campaigns.

Skills:
- Bachelor in Economics, Business, xdwybme Marketing, Communication or similar field
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
- Active on Instagram and TikTok; familiar with LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
- Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
- Creative mindset
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork spirit
