Industrial Engineering Senior Specialist – Shape the Future with Ariston Group

We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Senior Specialist to join our Industrial Engineering team and play a key role in the industrialization of new products and the continuous improvement of existing manufacturing processes. In this role, you will lead industrial engineering initiatives aimed at improving productivity, flexibility, ergonomics, quality, and operational efficiency within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D;, Quality, Logistics, Operations, Procurement,

and Maintenance to ensure successful product launches and sustainable process improvements.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead the industrialization of new products, ensuring readiness of manufacturing processes, equipment, and production documentation.
- Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and support the implementation of product and process modifications.
- Collaborate in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), FMEA and Stage & Gate reviews to ensure manufacturability and process robustness.
- Design, review, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to optimize ergonomics, productivity, capacity, and flexibility while reducing waste.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives, identifying and eliminating non-value-added activities.
- Perform and validate Time & Methods analyses, workstation ergonomics assessments, line balancing, and process optimization activities.
