Job description
The Junior Process Simulation Engineer will join CIM’s technical team and contribute to the modelling and optimization of production and logistics processes. The position is open to recent graduates and junior professionals with up to three years of experience.
Main activities
• Develop discrete-event simulation models for production, logistics, and material-handling processes.

• Collect and analyse process data to build, calibrate, and validate simulation models.
• Use Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation as the main modelling platform.
• Evaluate alternative scenarios involving layouts, capacity, resources, material flows, and operating policies, also considering Lean Manufacturing and World Class Manufacturing principles.
• Identify bottlenecks and performance improvements, translating results into clear technical recommendations.
• Prepare model documentation and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and technology partners.

Requirements
· Master’s degree in management, Mechanical, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
· Interest in process simulation, manufacturing systems, logistics, and digital twin technologies.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to interpret process data, production flows, layouts, and operational requirem
