We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our Milan team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us build, scale, and optimize co-marketing strategies with our key restaurant and grocery partners, driving mutual growth and maximizing brand visibility across Italy.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Partner Marketing team. This team bridges the gap between our commercial business partners and our marketing engine,



creating high-visibility marketing collaborations that delight customers and accelerate marketplace performance through partners growth.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Lead end-to-end co-marketing strategies: Develop and execute joint marketing strategies with top tier restaurant partners to drive customer acquisition, order growth and partner performance, ensuring partner marketing plans and campaigns calendar are fully integrated with Deliveroo’s broader marketing strategy and priorities while leveraging local markets dynamics, seasonal opportunities and partner’s priorities.
Manage commercial marketing relationships: Act as the primary marketing point of contact for key account stakeholders, pitching opportunities and aligning promotional roadmaps.
Optimize partner campaign performance: Monitor real-time performance indicators and campaign metrics, utilizing data-driven insights to continuously iterate marketing tactics and maximize shared ROI.
