We are seeking a payroll professional who combines payroll expertise with a genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence, technology and automation. The ideal candidate had solid experience in payroll operations in Italy and is passionate about identifying new ways to improve processes through digital tools, automation, AI-powered solutions, and data-driven decision-making.
This role will be working closely with Technology and Compliance teams to enhance efficiency, reduce manual tasks, improve accuracy, and deliver exceptional experience to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support end-to-end payroll processes.
Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize payroll workflows.
Explore and implement AI-powered solutions to improve payroll delivery.
Analyze payroll processes and recommend automation initiatives.
Leverage AI tools to enhance data validation, reporting, documentation, and process efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement process improvements.
Ensure payroll activities remain compliant with Italian labor, tax, and social security regulations.
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI developments relevant to payroll services.
Create best-practice guidelines for the use of AI within payroll operations.
Train and support payroll teams on new technologies and innovative working methods.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in payroll administration (at least 4 years),
