We are looking for an Italian-Speaking Sales Support Specialist to join an international team in Greece. What You'll Be Doing
- Communicate with Italian-speaking customers and provide professional, solution-oriented support
- Understand customer needs and help identify the most suitable products or services
- Assist with sales-related inquiries and opportunities
- Build positive and long-lasting customer relationships
- Contribute to individual and team sales targets
- Keep customer information and activities accurately updated in internal systems
- Collaborate with an international team to deliver an excellent customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Italian, both spoken and written
- Good command of English for communication within the international team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, customer-focused and commercially minded approach
- Motivation to learn and develop within a sales environment
- Around 1 year of previous experience in sales or sales support is an advantage.
- Already based in Greece or willing to relocate
