In this six-month internship,



you’ll contribute to priority projects, collaborate closely with talented and experienced teammates, and build strong foundations for your growth.

A few examples of your responsibilities
- Support our users by ensuring they receive fast, helpful answers—increasingly through automated and AI-driven support systems.
- Identify frequent issues and opportunities, and share feedback with the product and engineering teams to enable continuous product improvement.
- Build and improve scalable support systems—including help centers, automated flows, and self-service experiences—that help users solve problems quickly and independently.
- Represent Bending Spoons by addressing users’ product reviews and synthesize the resulting insights into regular reports on user sentiment, helping the wider team stay informed and act on emerging patterns.
