- RINA is currently recruiting for a Business Support Advisor to join its office in Genova, Italywithin the Energy Business Integration and Project Coordination Division.

Mission
- The Project Support Advisor provides operational and organizational support to Project Managers and project teams,working on the administrative area of engineering projects. This role is essential in supporting project governance, facilitating communication, stakeholder alignment, and accurate documentation.Key Accountabilities

- be involved in the monthly project controlling, supporting theproject managers in problem solving and

progress/final reporting
- support in issuing progress report of engineering activities (check and prepare progress report for customers),

managing and data entry in customer site or portals
- be involved in the supplier management support: help in qualifying procedure,



create purchase suppliers

requests, check invoices and approve passive progress reports
- interact mainly with RINA project managers and engineering team internally, customers, partners, contractors,

suppliers externally

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Management EngineeringQualifications
- Having 1-3 years’ experience in the similar roles will be considered as a strong plus
- Perform advanced data analysis to generate insights into project performance, cost tracking, and resource allocation.Provide data analysis to improve project execution and efficiency.
- Leverage Excel, PowerBI, and other data analysis tools to extract, clean, and interpret data from various project-related systems and sources.
- Past experience in the accounting and finance department of a large company, preferably Engineering consulting will be a plus
- Experience in accounting, finance and tax matters
- Fluency in Engli
