MISSION
The HR Administration & Payroll Manager will report to the HR&GS; Director within the HR & General Service Department and is responsible for overseeing personnel administration, compensation & benefits issues, and cost control, with a view to continuous improvement, actively supporting company management in achieving the objectives related to an increasingly strategic management of the company's human resources.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage personnel administration and guarantee employee records, data integrity and ensure compliance with mandatory communications, accident reporting, and other legal requirements.
- Oversee payroll processing and coordinate with the external payroll provider. Ensure accurate and timely payroll execution, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and proper handling of employee inquiries.
- Manage employee time and attendance using the Zucchetti system. Guarantee accurate tracking of hours worked and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare analytical statistics and internal and Group reporting (e.g., headcount, monthly and annual reports, absenteeism, vacation and leave management, overtime). Provide data-driven insights to support HR decision-making.
