Position:
The Internal Control Manager Special Projects will join the FENDI WW Internal Control team, reporting directly to the WW Internal Control Head. This role will be key, with a specific focus on innovation projects, special assignments, internal investigations, and corporate audits, contributing significantly to strengthening the Maison's internal control system.
Job responsibilities:
- Control Evaluation and Monitoring:Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of existing controls by conducting periodic operational reviews, formulating recommendations, and following up on their implementation. Conduct periodic analysis and prepare detailed reports;
- Audit Planning:Support the definition of a risk-based audit plan for corporate processes and ensure its timely and efficient execution;
- Annual Testing Campaign:Actively collaborate on the Group's annual testing campaign, ensuring the maximization of results and optimization of resources;
- Process Compliance:Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the compliance of corporate processes with Maison guidelines,
current regulations, and business standards;
- Reporting and Presentations:Prepare effective summaries and clear presentations to share results, analyses, and recommendations with Top Management;
- Policy and Procedure Review:Support the review of corporate policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with LVMH Group standards and external regulations, adopting a proactive risk prevention approach;
- International Assignments:The role includes assignments within the Maison's global ecosystem, with significant international exposure, contributing to projects and activities across various geographical areas;
- Investigations and Due Diligence:Collaborate on or autonomously conduct internal fraud investigations, whistleblowing analyses, special case reviews, and operational/financial due diligences;
