This 18-month career acceleration opportunity will help you develop your skills and pave the way to becoming a future leader of Loro Piana.
During three six-month rotations, you will have the chance to specialise in a chosen function and explore the dynamic ecosystem and the unique heritage of Loro Piana. Throughout this tailor-made journey, you will receive continuous guidance from the _Maison _’s managers and embrace rewarding challenges.
The programme is based in Italy and offers missions where applicable.
Job responsibilities:
Step into the world of Loro Piana's Supply Chainthrough the Avenue Integrated Planning Programme, focused on developing excellence in supply chain planning. Your journey begins with immersive rotations in têxtile production, giving you hands‑on exposure to every phase of the manufacturing process. Working closely with planning teams, you will build a strong command of strategic planning and understand how it shapes our overall business performance.
The programme will conclude with you gaining in‑depth understanding of retail merchandising and stock management, equipping you to make data‑driven decisions that improve operational efficiency and elevate customer experience. This opportunity will enable you to strengthen your analytical abilities, interpret market trends, and grow into a strategic planner who contributes to Loro Piana’s future success within the luxury industry.
Profile:
What are the eligibility criteria?- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering / Economics or related fields
- Up to 3 yearsof related work experience, including internships
- Availability to start a full-time position by April2026:
- Availability to work in Italy without visa sponsorship
- Proficiency in Englishand Italian:
- Willingness to travel and relocate both within Italy and globally
