Position:
MISSION

Bulgari Spa is looking for an Editions Curator within the Heritage & Philanthropy department, based in Rome. He/She will be in charge of the coordination and supervision of all the editions (books, catalogues, etc.), nurturing the legitimacy and the desirability of the Brand, magnifying its heritage ancient roots, archives, historical signs, architectural references and symbols, etc.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Give visibility to the Heritage collection and to the Archive materials through all communications tools: exhibitions, events, in-store animations ("galleries"), publications, shootings, editorials, interviews, digital tools, internal communications activities, sponsorships.
- Define all the text related to the Heritage Collection and to the Archive materials, respecting all Brand platform guidelines, rules, style & tone of voice
- Define all the text related to Heritage content for whatever use (i.e. press releases, digital tools, publications, etc.).
- Produce all the materials related to the promotion/communication of the Brand Heritage (ie. catalogues, etc.)




- Project management of publication activities related to Bulgari books: creative concept, research, content production, artistic collaborations, editorial communications, etc. in line with the Brand graphic identity
- Maintain a constant relation with Image and Communication teams as well as with external stakeholders (i.e. publishers, art directors, writers and creatives, etc.).

Profile:
REQUIREMENTS
- +7 years experiences within the same field (heritage/publications/editorial), preferably within luxury and fashion brands.
- University degree in Communication/Art/Literature/Fashion or similar fields.
- Previous experience as editor/within editorial companies is a plus.
- Knowledge of competitors, archives, collections, auction houses, etc.
- Deep knowledge of the digital world and experience on digital projects.
- Project management and planning techniques.
- Ability to communicate
