CALIBRE is seeking a Contract Installation Manager (CIM) to support the Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) at an assigned military installation. The Contract Installation Manager serves as the primary contractor representative at the installation and is responsible for overseeing daily TAP operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery,



and coordinating with Government personnel, command leadership, and community stakeholders. The CIM provides leadership for installation-level operations while maintaining direct involvement in supporting Soldiers as they prepare for successful transitions from military to civilian life.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operational activities, supervising staff, monitoring program performance, and ensuring compliance with Army TAP requirements, Government policies, and contract standards. This position requires strong leadership, customer service, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills to support mission success and maintain uninterrupted transition services.
