Role Description For our Banking & Finance team, we are looking for a talented and ambitious Mid Associate to join our practice. The successful candidate will have 2-3+ years of post-qualification experience, with a strong focus on Banking & Finance transactions, particularly corporate finance and leveraged finance, real estate finance and securitisation matters.
Experience in derivatives and financial regulatory will be considered a strong advantage.
Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for an engaging and business-oriented professional who will work closely with the Partner Head of the practice and play an active role in the continued growth and development of the team.
