Role Overview:
The Infrastructure Project Manager, EMEA is responsible for managing the delivery of CloudHQ’s utility infrastructure across multiple hyperscale data center projects in the region. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all infrastructure meets the highest standards of reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex utility projects, utility infrastructure coordination, as well as experience working with cross‑functional project and operations teams in a fast‑paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Establish project leadership for infrastructure projects, build and leverage partnerships with internal teams (development, construction, operations, finance, legal) and external stakeholders (consultants, authorities having jurisdiction, utilities providers, project partners, contractors)
- Coordinate with and support (from a delivery perspective) CloudHQ’s EMEA Energy Lead in negotiations with utilities and grid operators to secure power capacity and manage interconnection processes.
- Liaise closely with EMEA Power Systems Engineer to ensure a coordinated approach to delivering power solutions across the region.
