The Commercial Training & Competency Program Manager is responsible for designing, deploying, and governing a global and consistent commercial capability development framework across all Regions. This role partners closely with Regional Commercial Leaders, Business Units (BUs), and DBS leaders to build a robust and scalable learning ecosystem, strengthen sales competencies, and ensure commercial teams perform at their highest potential.
This role requires an experienced commercial leader with strong understanding of sales cycles and process in a B2B environment, customer engagement, and commercial excellence practices. The r
