Job Description
The Sales Executive Enterprise Informatics, is responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans for complex customers, driving significant sales growth, profitability, and customer loyalty. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Enterprise Informatics (EI) space across regional authorities. The successful candidate will understand each customer's specific business needs and deliver tailored value propositions through our Enterprise Informatics solutions, while acting as the primary orchestrator of partnerships across assigned accounts.
Your Role:
- Build trusted, senior-level relationships with strategic customers, including regional authorities, in-house organizations, and governmental bodies, to develop new business channels and align solutions with customer objectives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Account Managers, District Managers, Marketing, Services,
and Supply Chain teams to deliver tailored and innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage high-value negotiations and secure strategic agreements that support sustainable business growth.
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing insights for strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with business processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver compelling presentations to senior institutional representatives and C-level executives within regional organizations.
- Play a key role in strategic transformation projects across regions, aimed at improving operational efficiency, enhancing the customer experience, and achieving favorable business outcomes.
