Export Sales Manager Middle East & Emerging Markets
Location: UAE (Dubai or Abu Dhabi preferred), GCC region
✈ Extensive international travel required
About the Company
Our client is a well-established Italian pharmaceutical manufacturer seeking an experienced and commercially driven Export Sales Manager to lead business development activities across the Middle East and selected Emerging Markets.
This is a strategic role offering the opportunity to become the key commercial reference for some of the company's most important international markets, while taking over a long-standing customer portfolio and driving future growth initiatives.

- Manage and further develop an existing portfolio of pharmaceutical customers and distributors
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities across assigned territories
- Develop long-term strategic partnerships with distributors and key stakeholders
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews
- Represent the company at major international exhibitions and industry events,

including CPHI, Arab Health, and regional pharmaceutical conferences
- Collaborate closely with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
- Support product registration activities with international partners
- Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, and commercial plans
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion across assigned regions

Your Profile
The Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements:
- Native Arabic speaker or fluent Arabic (C1/C2 level)
- Fluent English
- Previous commercial experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in international sales, export management, business development, or distributor management
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Availability for frequent international travel
