Premio: This range represents our target hiring range for this position in Italy. In addition to base pay: This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus incentive. Payouts are based on individual and company performance and are not guaranteed. The final compensation, including the specific National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) level, will be determined during the interview process based on the candidate’s background and qualifications.
