Job Opportunity: Construction Manager (PMC FEED) – Milan Area, Italy
Are you a Senior
Construction Manager
looking to shape the execution and constructability strategy of a
major downstream petrochemical megaproject ?
We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join the Client PMC team during the FEED phase in the
Milan area .
Key Responsibilities
HSE Leadership:
Champion
Safety-by-Design
principles to eliminate construction risks early in the engineering phase.
Constructability Management:
Lead the project constructability program and integrate field execution requirements into FEED deliverables.
Modularization Strategy:
Evaluate and optimize modular, stick-built, and hybrid execution strategies through trade-off, risk, and logistics studies.
Execution & Contracting:
Endorse project execution plans, laydown/logistics strategies, and contract packaging models.
Stakeholder Integration:
Act as the primary technical focal point between the Client, PMC management, and the FEED contractor.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience:
15+ years in major energy, refining, or petrochemical projects.
Track Record:
Strong background in PMC/Owner's Engineer roles on
megaprojects exceeding $1B–$2B USD .
Phase Expertise:
Proven experience leading constructability and execution strategy during
FEED / Pre-FEED phases .
Skills:
Deep knowledge of modularization methodologies, module fabrication, heavy transport, and contract strategy.
Languages & Travel:
Fluent in English (written & spoken) with willingness for international spot travel/site visits as required.
