Role Overview
As a Digital Trading Executive, you will work with the Trading Manager to ensure commercial targets are met, for sales, GPV and EBIT, driving trading to agreed plans, implementing and applying good practice.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Europe,
building strong relationships with Head Office, Retail, Operations, Merchandising, Content, Copywriting and Marketing to deliver a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review website content, customer journey and user experience across all devices (web, mobile, app), conducting regular walk-throughs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Constantly review the navigation and structure of all channels looking for ways to improve visitor/buyer conversion rates.
- Review the seasons trading, looking for opportunities to drive sales, through new brands and ranges.
- Understand the Retail performance and help manager adjust plans accordingly.
- Be aware of what competitors are doing, looking for new trends and developments.
- Review previous week’s performance and propose and agree actions for the week.
- Review daily sales identifying areas of weakness, proposing, and taking action to increase sales
