Role
Rebag is hiring an Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to manage our lifecycle and retention program as part of the Brand Marketing team. This role brings Rebag's brand voice to life across every post-acquisition touchpoint, turning brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal moments into an engaging, on-brand customer journey. The role reports to the Director of Brand Marketing and partners closely with Performance Marketing on segmentation, targeting, and campaign analytics:
- Own the email and SMS send calendar end-to-end: QA and scheduling for every email campaign, and set-up and scheduling for every SMS campaign, plus the automated/triggered flows and lifecycle journeys running in each channel
- Translate promotions and brand and seasonal moments into email and SMS content and cadence that reflect Rebag's voice and creative standards
