Overview
The Business Analyst plays a critical role in defining, optimizing,
and supporting the delivery of Brightstar’s iLottery digital products and omnichannel player experiences. This position partners closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and third‑party vendors to ensure digital solutions are high‑quality, compliant, and aligned with business strategy.
Responsabilities
Digital Product Definition: Lead the end‑to‑end elicitation, analysis, and documentation of functional and non‑functional requirements for iLottery digital products. This includes defining enhancements for mobile applications, instant‑win experiences, and web‑based draw results to ensure cohesive, high‑quality player interactions.
Omnichannel Experience Design: Develop and maintain comprehensive player journey maps that seamlessly connect digital and retail environments. Examples include Click & Collect prize claims, retail‑to‑digital engagement flows, and promotional mechanisms that unify physi
