We are currently seeking a motivated professional to join our team for an Italian Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and technical issues with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay updated on the latest products and services to provide accurate and relevant assistance to users.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing knowledge and best practices within the Customer Support Services department.
- Consistently meet individual and team performance targets to ensure service excellence.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for success in Italian-speaking jobs.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the Customer Support Services sector.
- Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, and integrate into a multicultural team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of patience and empathy.
