The Visual Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring Visual Merchandising activities across both Wholesale and Retail channels in Italy, ensuring brand consistency, visibility, and excellence in execution. The role reports directly to the Retail & Marketing Director and collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing and Retail teams.
Your contribution: Wholesale:
- You will perform all relevant visual merchandising updates per year for each Point of Sale (POS), ensuring full compliance with Breitling visual merchandising guidelines.
- You will schedule appointments with partners and retailers to implement VM changes and secure the best possible product visibility and positioning.
- You will maintain and regularly update photographic reports for all POS locations.
- You will manage and monitor VM materials through Strategic and SAP systems.
- You will support the creation, production, and installation of special window displays and product animations.
- You will support the development and implementation of corners, shop-in-shops (SIS), and other branded retail environments.
- You will monitor VM compliance across the network and provide corrective action plans when necessary.
- You will support the preparation of quarterly Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising reports.
- You will coordinate the distribution and inventory management of VM tools, displays, and POS materials.
Retail / Boutiques:
