Summary Description
The Executive Director Finance, Administration & Governance serves as a strategic partner to the leaders of the brands, verticals and businesses, providing financial leadership while ensuring the integrity of the Company's governance, administrative operations, and statutory compliance.
This executive is responsible for leading all financial planning, accounting, treasury, reporting, budgeting, tax coordination, and audit activities while overseeing corporate governance, legal entity administration, board support, regulatory compliance, risk management, and administrative operations.
The successful candidate will drive financial performance, support strategic growth initiatives, optimize business operations, and strengthen governance, planning, and risk management across the organization.
The role requires a hands-on leader capable of translating financial insights into business decisions while maintaining rigorous oversight of financial planning, reporting, treasury, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Serve as the executive leader responsible for the financial health and performance of the Italian parent company and affiliated entities.
- Partner with the Head of Group Finance and the business leaders to develop and execute the organization's long-term financial strategy.Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic investments, acquisitions, capital allocation, and growth initiatives.
- Develop financial models and scenario planning to support executive decision-making.
- Present financial performance, risks, and opportunities to executive leadership and shareholders.
- Manage relationships with investors and other key external financial stakeholders.
- Continuously improve financial planning, reporting processes, and dec
